I am writing to recommend the excellent work of Multistruct Builders Pty Ltd, namely Matt and hs team based on my very large deck extension project with in-built outdoor kitchen
 

As this was my first experience working with Matt, I found my customary initial cautiousness quickly turning to confidence. From the commencement of construction, Matt, Keith and Chris all demonstrated an unusual level of cooperation and initiative in solving problems. Their collective abilities were complementary to each other and were of great value to the building process. During the build they have always been fair, thoughtful and thorough with extreme attention to details. This is due to their professional and ethical manner. 

Their attitude was one of problem solving not problem creation. If I requested a few changes or additions to the plans, Matt and his team were only too happy to oblige. No request was too menial or frivolous and they respected me and my vision. Matt and his team were always pleasant and courteous as well as the subcontractors they brought with them.

As we progressed through each stage of the build it became crystal clear to me that I had selected the best, most qualified builder for the job. I cannot say enough good things about Multistruct Builders Pty Ltd and neither can my friends and family when they are on the deck.

During the process I was so impressed with Matt’s capabilities and his cost effective approach that I engaged him to tackle other unrelated home “touch-u” projects.

It gives me much pleasure to provide a Testimonial for Matt Downs, the Principal of his business, Multistruct Builders.

I made contact with Matt through a neighbour nearby to my residence, as I had seen work being carried out by Matt and his team and I had been impressed with the quality of the work I had seen done.

An Architect friend had advised me that I needed urgent and significant work done on my 100 year old Queenslander home. Matt was very obliging in attending to provide me with a Quote very soon after my contacting him. Matt had never met me or done any work for me before. I had had building work on my home previously by a recommended builder on two occasions and although I was satisfied with the work, I felt that it was prudent to obtain other quotes for this difficult project.

After lengthy helpful discussions with Matt, I accepted his quote which I considered as very fair and reasonable for the work required, but also that I was impressed with him personally and felt assured by his approach and advice.

The end result was more than I could have hoped. Not only did Matt carry out the work expeditiously and with a high quality result, he located extra problems during the job and attended to them as per his original quote. Without even mentioning it, he finished off little jobs around the property e.g. fixing a sagging front gate.

After completion of the work he left the property in perfect condition. My Architect friend inspected the work during the building phase and on completion and confirmed my view that Matt had done a fine job at a very reasonable price.

I have no hesitation in recommending Matt and his Multistruct Company and believe that he and his excellent team should be proud of the quality of their work.

Should I require any further building work in the future, I would assuredly use Multistruct.
